TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All of our plant orders are packed with care, however, if there is an issue such as incorrect items supplied or the plants are delivered in poor condition please contact us immediately on 0408073737 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have arranged delivery, please check the order on receipt and notify Charlton in person at the time of delivery.
We will require you to notify us of any problems within 48 hours of receipt and will require your full name, contact details and photographs of the plants.
If the plants are not those ordered or arrive in poor condition we will issue a store credit for the value of the order or arrange replacement plants.
We do not accept change of mind returns. Any other reasons for exchanges or returns will be at our discretion.
Personal contact information is gathered strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you regarding your order/s.
We do not share or sell your personal information with any other company.
We do not hold any of your credit or debit card details. If you pay online, these are held by the third party payment providers for maximum security.
